Refund & Cancellation Policy

Manav Dharma Seva Trust accepts donations to support cow care and the feeding of stray dogs. This policy explains how we handle refunds and cancellations.

When a refund may be made

• Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same donation by mistake.
• Incorrect amount — if a clear error caused you to be charged an amount you did not intend.
• Failed transaction with debit — if your payment failed but money was deducted from your account.
• Unauthorised payment — if a donation was made without your consent.

How to request a refund

Write to us at manavdharmaseva@gmail.com or call +91 88829 84748 within 7 days of the donation. Please include:

• The name and email used for the donation
• The date and amount
• The transaction or reference number, if you have it

Processing

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to credit the amount.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but you were debited, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank within a few business days. If it is not, contact us and we will help trace it with our payment partner.

Cancellation

As donations are one-time voluntary gifts, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you started a donation but did not complete payment, no amount is charged.
